Our team of highly skilled roofers have the experience and capability to deliver projects of all sizes, from small schemes to large multi-phase developments.

We’ve built long-standing relationships with major housebuilders, regularly working with Cyden Homes, Taylor Wimpey and Barratt David Wilson on developments across Lincolnshire and beyond. We’re also trusted by housing associations and social landlords, including Ongo, to deliver projects where quality and reliability are non-negotiable.

Our reputation continues to grow, with a portfolio that includes work for Chestnut Homes and Gleeson Homes on new build developments, as well as Beal Homes on large-scale housing projects. Alongside this, we’ve delivered commercial and specialist roofing solutions further afield, from hotel and retail projects to sustainable green roofs.

Since becoming part of Ongo in 2014, Ashbridge Roofing has grown into one of the region’s leading contractors. Being part of Ongo means that every project we deliver also supports local communities, with all profits reinvested where they’re needed most.

Scaffolding

To support our growth, we have recently launched a dedicated scaffolding division. Our goal is to become the go-to scaffolding provider across Scunthorpe, Grimsby, Lincoln and the surrounding areas. The division works with a wide range of clients, but we are especially focused on supporting new build housing developers and social landlords with safe, reliable and efficient access solutions.

At Ashbridge Roofing we’re proud to hold an array of industry accreditations.

NFRC membership means we are regularly audited by the UK’s leading roofing trade body.

We also hold CHAS, SMAS, and Constructionline Gold accreditations—standard pre-qualification marks demanded by public and private-sector clients.

Every member of our roofing team is NVQ-qualified and holds a valid CSCS card.

Our newly launched scaffolding division brings equally rigorous standards:

Scaffolders work using TG20 compliance—leveraging the NASC’s Operational and Design Guides, the eGuide, and User Guides. This means every scaffold is based on recognised, HSE-accepted configurations.

We also adhere to SG4:22, the latest NASC guidance on preventing falls. This includes working within the scaffolders’ safe zone and reflects modern formats like system scaffolding and fragile roof work—evidence-based methods proven to reduce incidents across the industry.
